When you submit the quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the trip details (service type, dates, times, pickup and destination addresses, flight or train information, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle preference, child seat needs) and any notes you add.
Payment card numbers are never requested or collected through this website.
If analytics or tag management tools are enabled for this site, they may also collect standard usage information such as pages viewed and approximate location. Those tools are only active when their identifiers have been configured by Rhinebeck Car Service.
Purpose
How the information is used
Your details are used to prepare a quote, arrange and carry out the transportation you request, contact you about that booking, and keep the records associated with it.
Information is not sold. It is shared only where necessary to deliver your trip — for example with the chauffeur assigned to it — or where required by law.
