- Anywhere reachable by road. Destinations regularly include New York City, Connecticut, New Jersey, the Berkshires, Boston and the Capital District, as well as the airports served.
- Do you cross the river?
- Yes. Pickups on both banks are normal, including Kingston and the west-side approaches to Stewart and Newark.
- Can you collect from rural addresses and long driveways?
- Yes. Give clear directions or a pin when you book — many valley addresses are poorly mapped, and a note about the driveway saves everyone time at 4 a.m.
