What affects the wedding quote?
Number of vehicles, total hours held, distances between locations, the day of the week and season, and how many separate movements the schedule needs.
Wedding transport is usually quoted by the hours the vehicles are committed rather than per ride, because the value is in having the car there when the schedule shifts. Everything is written down and confirmed before the date.
How is the day itself managed?
