- Which vehicle should I book?
- Start with passengers and luggage. One to three people with normal bags fit the Volvo S90 comfortably; four or more, or a lot of luggage, calls for the Suburban or Escalade; larger groups travelling together are better served by the Sprinter van.
- Can I request a specific vehicle?
- Yes. Choose the vehicle on the quote form and it appears on your written confirmation. If the requested vehicle is already reserved for that date, an equivalent is offered to you in writing before anything is confirmed.
- What is the difference between the Suburban and the Escalade?
- They carry the same number of passengers and a similar amount of luggage. The Escalade has the more luxurious interior and is usually chosen for weddings, executive travel and occasions; the Suburban is the practical choice for family and luggage-heavy trips.
- Do you provide child seats?
- Child seat requests are taken with the booking. Include the child's age so the correct seat type is arranged, and confirm it appears on your written confirmation before you travel.
- Is there room for skis, golf clubs or a stroller?
- Yes, with the right vehicle. Mention oversized items when you request the quote so an SUV or the Sprinter is assigned rather than a sedan that technically seats everyone but cannot carry the gear.
- Are the vehicles cleaned between trips?
- Yes. Every vehicle is cleaned and checked before it is sent out for a reservation.
